At Hair Factory, we provide fast and reliable delivery of professional hair products across Ireland. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched promptly to ensure your products arrive safely.
Orders placed before 15:00 are dispatched the same working day (subject to stock availability). We offer nationwide shipping throughout Ireland, with free delivery available on qualifying orders.
Prefer to collect in person? You can choose in-salon collection from our Hair Factory salon in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford. Simply select the collection option at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

How are orders delivered and what are the shipping costs?
For orders under 10kg, we ship with An Post to ensure reliable and nationwide delivery across Ireland. We offer a flat rate shipping fee of €6.00+VAT for all parcels under 10kg. Plus, enjoy free delivery on all orders over €100!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We pride ourselves on fast dispatch. Orders are typically shipped the same day or the next working day once your payment has been successfully cleared. Delivery times usually follow standard An Post schedules, generally 1-2 working days within Ireland.
What happens if my order is damaged or incorrect?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or you receive incorrect items, please contact customer service immediately at info@hairfactory.ie or fill out Contact Us form. We will promptly assist you with a replacement or refund.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched via An Post, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery directly on the An Post website.
How do I return a product for a refund or exchange?
To initiate a return for your products, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@hairfactory.ie or by filling out Contact Us form. Please ensure items are unused, in their original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition. Due to the nature of hair colours, bleaches, and oxidants, certain conditions may apply. We will guide you through the process for a refund or exchange.
What is the return period?
We accept returns within 14 days of your purchase delivery. Please notify us within this period if you wish to return an item.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
Do you offer international shipping?
